Buy a business in operation
Is to acquire the transfer of a business or enterprise which is currently operating. Of all the alternatives seem to be the safest and easiest way to start a business, but on the other hand, is usually the most expensive.
Advantages:
* The possibility to skip some stages in the creation of a business.
* Saving money, time and energy by not having to start a business from scratch.
* Infrastructure and business system ready for operation.
* Established customer base.
* Name or trademark and recognized.
* Funding opportunities.
Disadvantages:
* High acquisition cost.
* Possibility of hidden problems, such as financial difficulties or a bad reputation, which can be tied to the reputation of the previous owner and may be difficult to establish a new image.
* The possibility that the previous owner started a competition.
Buying a franchise
Acquiring a franchise is to acquire a license or right to operate a certain business, including its processes, logos, designs and brand involved.
Advantages:

Advantages:

Disadvantages:
